Second vehicle purchase at Mercedes-Benz of OKC. Again my experience he was OUTSTANDING! Tanner sold me another vehicle to meet our needs and some of the over the top stuff that we wanted to do with a car. It was hassle free and such a seamless experience. There wasn't a bunch of back and forth or the whole "let me check with my manager." just for him to be gone for 30 mins while you're sitting in a cubical wanting it all to be over. Tanner was easy and very considerate of my time. Most of the deal was handled over the phone so when it came time to buy we just showed up and signed paperwork. There was no pressure from Tanner either. He had been working with us for approximately 6 months on this purchase. He let us do our homework, look at other cars, and make sure that this was a good fit for us. He did not put any arbitrary dead lines or make us feel like we had to buy a car that day. Honestly how he treats us as customers was a big part of our decision making process on if we were going to purchase a Mercedes, or a BMW. My significant other and I had several conversations about if we wanted to purchase anywhere else on the principal of "the sales team may not treat us as well." Tanner has hands down made us repeat customers. That being said he was not the only person that created a positive experience for us. Jeremy the finance manager was awesome as usual. I hate when I get pushed, and hammered about extended warranties. For most of the customers that purchase these vehicles. You should probably get an extended warranty. I'm not buying these cars for reliability. I am buying them to go fast, and I am going to eventually put go fast shit on these cars that is inevitably going to void some parts of the warranties. So the last thing I want is to sit in the finance specialists office for 6 hours while they pitch me on an extended warranty that I am going to void after the car is broken in. Jeremy does not do that, and I can't help but appreciate that about him. I think we spent more time talking about Halloween decorations then we did about warranties. He laid them out in front of me, let me read through everything, and pick what I wanted. Naturally I didn't pick much because of my plans for the car, but he didn't sit there and beat a dead horse with me. He simply got back to business. It made the experience easy and stress free. Honestly one of these days I am going to have to buy a new car and get all the dang warranties just to say thanks for how great Jeremy has treated us. Maybe our next purchase we will do that just on principle for the guy. Additionally the sales manager was very polite and professional. No offense to sales managers in the car industry, but I don't want to talk to y'all. I hate it when I am trying to think things out, or do my homework, and the sales rep grabs their manager as the final boss before you leave the dealership. They hit you with the whole "what's stopping you from making a deal today," pitch. Not the sales manager at Mercedes-Benz of OKC. The only time I have had to talked to the guy he came out, shook my hand, thanked me for buying another car with them, and gave me a box of chocolates. That is exactly how much conversation I want to have with a sales manager lol. The man seemed very nice so I am sure I would like chatting with him at some point about the whether, but one thing I hate is having to do a final boss fight just to leave or finalize a deal. This sales manager doesn't make us do that and I greatly appreciate that about him. He doesn't pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable. He seemed like a very easy going guy and is yet another part of the seamless purchasing experience we had that has made us repeat customers. There is so much more I would like to add, but i can't fit it in because google has a character limit on reviews. This place is awesome, the whole team is awesome, I am a repeat customer and intend to keep that energy, and everyone that has been apart of my customer experience deserves a raise from sales to product concierge.

After researching hundreds of cars I seriously started looking for a vehicle for my wife. Stephanie Bybee answered one of my online requests. I asked about the condition on the outside of a particular model that was advertised on line and she actually made a personal video for me to view with every detail. That video told me I was in touch with someone who was willing to do the extra to get my business. I then called and made an appointment. When I arrived I met her. My name was on a placard on the car with the scheduled time I going to be there for my appointment. Again I saw attention to detail. Stephanie went through ALL the amenities which was almost overwhelming. We purchased a previous owned vehicle. We were not high end Mercedes customers. Debra treated us like were were high end. Debra's communication was impressive. We drove close to 400 miles to the dealership. The used vehicle was more than described. Debra went over and above to describe the condition of the vehicle. Debra made the financial transaction very easy. The entire process was very streamline. I would absolutely return to this dealership and Debra as a customer again. I would also highly recommend this dealership to other potential customers.

Had the unfortunate occurrence only 2 weeks after taking delivery of my new GLE while driving in a torrential rain storm in central Texas in heavy traffic of something I did not see hit my roof in between the windshield and panoramic roof and shattered the glass piece. I contacted my sales person Debra Osborne after I returned home. She immediately checked with service for part availability and scheduling the repair. She was able to get me scheduled in right away for the repair and transportation. It is a huge relief to be able to get the repair scheduled and taken care of that fast. She has been a terrific person to work with throughout the whole process of my vehilce purchase as well.
